Thomas B Walter has served as the Reference/Computer Services Librarian at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø School of Law since 1999. He receives his B.S. in Forestry with an emphasis in Wildlife Management from ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø State University in 1995 and his J.D. from ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø School of Law in 1998. He is the author of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Limitations of Actions and has written the chapter on Laches and Limitations for the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Encyclopedia of Law. He teaches Legal Research I and Legal Research II.
