Professor Matt Steffey's current research focuses on criminal law, evidence, and constitutional law. He serves as Reporter for the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules, and for the Criminal Code Reform Committee under the Administrative Office of Courts. Professor Steffey currently teaches Criminal Law, Evidence, Admiralty, Law & Literature, and a Supreme Court seminar. He often teaches continuing legal education for groups of lawyers and judges, and frequently appears as a legal analyst in television, radio, print, and web media on a host of contemporary issues. Professor Steffey has served as a volunteer attorney for the client's of the Law School's Mission First legal aid clinic since its inception.
