Mary E. Miller is Assistant Dean of Information, Technology and Legal Research and Professor of Law at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø School of Law. She served as the State Law Librarian of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø State Law Library from 1991 to 1999, and a law clerk to the late Presiding Justice Michael Sullivan of the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Supreme Court from 1990 to 1991. She received a B.A. from Asbury College, a J.D. from ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø School of Law, and an M.L.S. from the University of Southern ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø. She is co-author of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Rules Annotated, published by MLI Press, and is co-editor (with Professors Jeffrey Jackson and Donald Campbell) of the Encyclopedia of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Law. She prepares a weekly e-mail subscription service providing summaries of ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø court cases to attorneys.
